Judicial reforms

He proposes to reduce the areas of concern of Supreme Court[2] - To limit it only to the constitutional cases, cases of national interest & disputes between the states. He proposes to set up 4 other federal courts (in fact, more) for each region for addressing other cases. This would result in the speedy addressal.
